ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2002 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked in State Farm Claims and as a team member, giving me valuable experience in the industry before stepping into agency ownership. I'm a proud Delta State University graduate - home of the Fighting Okra!
Giving back is incredibly important to me. I'm actively involved with the Growth Alliance, Rotary, and Sally Kate Winters Family Services, as well as my local church. I also enjoy coaching youth soccer and baseball.
Our agency offers health benefits, a Simple IRA retirement plan, paid time off, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We want our team members to feel supported while building rewarding, long-term careers.
Our office is team-oriented, and we value people who are motivated to take ownership of their success. I'm looking for someone who is self-motivated, hungry to achieve their goals, personable, and genuinely enjoys working with others. I'm especially excited about candidates who have an entrepreneurial mindset and may aspire to run their own business someday. If you're driven to succeed, eager to learn, and want to be part of an established agency where you can develop your skills and grow professionally, we'd love to meet you.
